Raili has its beginnings even before the company was founded, in 1992. Its founder, the late Mr. Raimond Nushi, initiated this activity spontaneously and individually. Seeing the needs of the market at that time, he traveled continuously between the two countries of Albania and Italy, to import the first coffee machines from the neighboring country.

The difficult economic situation and lack of funds, at a time of fragile economic development, meant that every economic activity was based on courage and the spirit of adventure.

Earn and invest everything – was the motto of Mr. Nushi’s activity – with the sole aim of keeping the initiative afloat, so that the activity could continue one more day. Day after day and after many efforts, the first successes began to emerge. The need was higher than the offer. This was the opportunity that was approaching. The work was continuing and the first investment was a van for transporting products.

After this purchase, it could move better and serve customers in a timely manner. After a few years, in 2001, the company's fiscal identity was created with a name and a nickname; RAILI shpk.

Land was purchased and initially a modest building was built. In 2009, an investment was made in a new building with 2000 m2 of surface area, which is also the space where the company currently carries out its activity; Office, warehouse and a department for assistance and maintenance of equipment for sale, everything new and functional, thanks to the initiative, intuition but also the tireless work of the main protagonist of this activity who poured all his mental and physical energy behind, leaving behind, at this very time, a "small giant", the company RAILI shpk. Today, this company looks forward to modernizing every sector with the ambition not only to do well in the activity it has undertaken but also to be a leader at the national and regional level.

Raili produces professional equipment and furnishes environments or showcases for the display of products such as counters, work tables, peninsulas, refrigerated counters, extractor hoods, etc. The company has a mechanical department where a specialized staff of technicians operates who repair all equipment of any brand regardless of whether they are marketed by Raili or not. Raili offers the opportunity for different companies to contract for assistance on an ongoing basis and with an extended warranty of 1-3 years even for repaired parts. The company has a designer in its composition who goes to the client's location, takes measurements and presents a design describing the costs, materials and time of implementation. Then, the department carries out the AD HOC project according to the approved request. For all works, Raili offers assistance and timely insurance for all possible defects. Interventions are fast. They are usually carried out immediately or with a maximum delay of no more than 24 hours. Even repairs are carried out in a timely manner.

For all the equipment sold, a full warranty is offered according to the norms applied in the European Union and, depending on the brand, a warranty of up to a maximum of three years is offered. The company also has a mechanical department where a specialized staff of technicians operates who repair all equipment of any brand, regardless of whether they are sold by Raili or not.
